Planning a Lake Tahoe wedding comes with a lot of questions. Here are some of the things couples ask us most about coverage, weather, booking, travel, and what happens after the wedding.
Are you available to travel outside of Northern California?
We live in the beautiful city of Grass Valley, CA, and there's no place quite like home, so we primarily focus on weddings in Northern California. Approximately 70% of our elopements and weddings are in the Lake Tahoe area.
However, we have also done elopements and weddings throughout the West Coast and other locations around the US. We're always down to adventure if you're looking for a destination wedding!
What do we do if the weather is bad on our wedding day?
We can photograph rain or shine! With ample equipment to keep us going in even the most frustrating weather conditions, your memories will be captured no matter what. We’re also seasoned adventure wedding photographers, so a little inclement weather doesn’t scare us!
How far in advance should we book our wedding?
As soon as you know you want to work with us, it’s best to reach out! While we can accommodate shorter timelines if our schedule is open, we do book up quickly. For that reason, we suggest giving yourself at least 1 year’s notice (and ideally over 1 year!) for a more comfortable, relaxed planning experience.
